Therefore, you have to write a quiz as in the original language. As far as the plural is concerned, the RAE proposes the term “quizes”.
A quiz is a game of questions and answers. A questionnaire that tests your knowledge about a specific topic or, simply, about general culture. In Quiz Room, several people play around 6 lecterns and in an environment worthy of a television set: it's a competition between everyone and using wild cards to win.
