- Potential customer: The beginning of the retention period is the date the account was created.
3. Some types of treatment have a particular shelf life. For example:
- Invoices linked to purchases are kept for 10 years.
- Personal data collected when creating an account Quizz Room or a “Participant” or “Player” profile is kept for 5 years from the last activity.
